The Planning Your Visit section of Northwest Community Healthcare's web site was difficult to understand and confusing to navigate.

Kristin reorganized the information and rewrote the copy – making it easier for patients and visitors to prepare for their hospital visit. She also created maps and driving directions which make getting to the hospital, well, painless.
